This place is centrally located in the midtown District of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Rumor has it this place gets very busy, but I went in the early afternoon and it was very slow thankfully. The service was really fast obviously and there were only two workers and they had the food out very quickly. I’m giving it four stars based on the flavor profile of the food. I got a cheese steak, and he accidentally put marinara sauce on it, which was fine - but the break was completely soggy due to the amount on it. The fries were not very crispy and the garlic knots were even a bit cold. The pizza was fantastic! You can order by the slice, and they basically heat it back up in a stone oven which makes it crispy. I enjoyed that the best.
The bathroom toilet did not have a seat on top. Although the place was very clean, I was just a little upset with the food. I had ordered, but still giving four stars, because the place and workers were very nice.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It was truly unacceptable. My boyfriend and I were here for the weekend on vacation and were unfamiliar with the area and food here so we decided to order online. Apparently, we were charged more than we should’ve been as well as getting yelled at by the workers for ordering online. So at that point I wasn’t even hungry after getting lectured for ordering online even though I didn’t know what I wanted and just wanted to choose on there. Don’t make it an option if you don’t want people to use it, period. If that wasn’t enough, they forgot half of our food including garlic knots and there was no sauce on the pizza. My boyfriend unfortunately almost broke his tooth because there was a pebble in the first bite that he took. Will not be back and wasted $30 on food that wasn’t eaten. This entire experience made me feel uncomfortable!
Visiting here from Pittsburgh. I checked Google for reviews and found this place. Ordered a fresh pepperoni pizza. Staff was very pleasant. Atmosphere is pretty cool. The pizza however was very average.
Might be a good place to eat but to charge 30.00 for a large pizza through slice and your own business is just absurd! I see why small businesses are going under! If small pizza business owners would pay their drivers adequately they could avoid the middle man!
Stopped in this weekend for slices. Chose this place based on reviews. Each slice, after being tossed in the oven for reheating, came with flakes of black char stuck to its underside. The plain cheese slices were vapid and the ones with "meat" and chicken, bacon, ranch were worse. We have been in the Harrisburg area now for a while but cannot find (with the exception of the sadly closed Knead) a decent pizza place. The search goes on.
Not recommended.
I called ahead for a group order. The staff was super nice. I was unable to get out of my vehicle and they brought the food out to me. I ordered for 4 and we all were amazed by how good the food was with great prices.
This was my first time eating here and this will definitely be my last . I ordered a large half pepperoni half cheese and some wings . My food gets here and my pizza is super greasy and my toppings were falling off the pizza. I call to complain and some guy tells me they put extra cheese on my pizza that I did not ask for and gets mad at me because I told him I didn’t ask for that . Then continues to get mad at me saying “ we do that to every pizza your the only one that complained this is unbelievable “ . I asked him why he was being so rude and he told me to do what I wanted to do and hung up on me . Food 0 out of 10 , customer service -0 . Then on top of all of this I tipped the driver like come on all I wanted was the food I payed for .
Grabbed a calzone & pizza to go. The chicken Parmesan calzone might be the greatest thing I have ever eaten. Well worth a drive through the downtown when passing through. These pies are divine.
